Counsel for Kids offers a continuum of technical assistance services to state advocates. Our services* include:

Federal Policy Reform
We advocate for federal policy reform through:
- Joining relevant sign-on letters
- Educating legislatures/staff
- Building coalitions
- Advocating for federal law to require counsel for kids experiencing the child welfare system
